Must use stairs to access all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. PARKING: The attached garage has 2 parking spaces (small and medium vehicles) and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. There is a shared street leading to the property so NO STREET PARKING . You may park in the driveway as long as your vehicle is not extended into the street. The HOA tickets ($60) and the neighbors love to tattle. There is additional overnight parking in the overflow lot just up the road if your vehicle is too large to fit in the garage. We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr. Please schedule this in advance. I live 15 minutes away so I am available if needed.
