Great layout to handle a large group with wonderful gathering areas and places to get away when needed. Well cared for and clean. Neighborhood beautiful and convenient. Our only issue is that communication with maintenance on issues was not addressed promptly and there was lack of updates and communication. We reported an issue the day we arrived that the projector in the TV room was not working. We received several calls / texts and finally a onsite visit our last day and maintenance didn't fix it. It seems like a waste of great space not to be able to use it. I saw this as an issue in another review so I was concerned about it coming in. The hot tub was cleaned by your guy on Mon Dec 23 but when I went in on Christmas morning it was smelly and turning green. I own a hot tub and this one did not get the attention it needed. The plumbing fixtures were never fixed despite plumbers coming to the house.. I would give your property a rating of 4 out of 5. ##### tom d. The only little drawback was the parking. They said it was very limited and no street parking. We were worried because we had family coming from multiple areas and so we had multiple vehicles.
