Near top ski resorts: Alta, Solitude, and Brighton (15-21 miles away). Fast Wi-Fi and public parking available. This is a smoke/vape free unit. Smoking Policy: This is a smoke/vape free unit. This includes not only inside the unit, but on the balcony and hallways of the building. ❖ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you. ❖ There is a $75 fee per 3o minutes for all unapproved late departures. ❖ No smoking ANYWHERE. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the porch/balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately. This is a smoke/vape free unit. As a courtesy, the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. ❖ NO packages of ANY kind are allowed to be shipped to this address. ❖ Due to the good neighbor initiative we do monitor noise levels. Conversations are NOT recorded only a loudness(decibels) readings are monitored by our security team during every stay. Located in living room. ❖ Our home has a Ring security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and back door of the unit for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee. ❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided. ❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $150 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit. ❖ When your stay is complete, please leave the key fob on the counter before you leave. This spot truly has everything you’d want for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.The host was amazing—very responsive and helpful. Dave has been amazing. We originally book the place for two nights. We realized that we actually needed to stay in the area another night. We reached out to Dave and asked if there was any way we could extend our trip one more night. I had checked the schedule and saw it was booked out through the end of the year. To my surprise Dave responded and said we are more than welcome to stay another night. He sent the link to pay for the extra night and was very kind. He did mention that he had it blocked off for carpet cleaning and asked if we could work around that. For extending our stay last minute you got it. Dave was easy to communicate with and the place was so nice. This is such a homie place it will be our stop when we come back down to utah and stay in this part of the valley. Thank you Dave for everything and making our stay such a wonderful experience. We did notice that a past review stated no hot water. This is not the case. Everything worked great and the shower is so big and roomy. A great vaction spot close to so many shops and places to eat.
