The air conditioner was super loud in our room. Additionally there were a group of us in the room and they only had two towels and wash clothes. When I went to go ask for more towel they told me they only had one towel to give me, and gave me a floor mat to use in place of a towel.

Poor communication, they entered my room without authorization because according to them they did not have in their notes that there was someone staying in my room, when I had already checked in more than two hours ago. They charged me more money at check-in than Expedia had already given me in the total, I questioned them and they couldn't tell me why. Everything was very dirty and had a bad smell. The bathtub was clogged with water and was dirty and in poor condition. When we left, the shuttle driver didn't even help us load our suitcases and looked very bad. I want my money back …

Our room was not cleaned very well, toilet was dirty, we had a spider in our bed. We had noisy neighbours who were very loud in the middle of night going to their room. The area around the hotel is industrial but it is walking distance to the light rail system.

Staff not very friendly or helpful especially in the restaurant area. The surrounding area was not safe as I was accosted by multiple people asking for money. A lot of homeless in the area .

Well cared for comfortable property. Clean room with good linens. Nice pool. Pleasant staff. Limited but good bar/ restaurant, reasonable breakfast buffet. A little trouble understanding our reservation. Good wifi but poor TV.

This large airport hotel advertised a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle only ran once an hour and was too small to accommodate the number of guests and luggage that needed transportation. There was only 1 front desk clerk on duty to handle the large number of people checking in, so the line and wait were both long.

The castle-like look and the modern lobby were our favorite parts of this hotel, plus the rooms that had cool vaulted ceilings. Big mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and two water bottles included in the room. The property/facilities are a little dated and perhaps need renovation. The room only blew hot air, no option for AC. We found what looked like blood or wine stains on the bed sheet and window curtains, which was kind of disturbing/eerie. The food at Tuscan Bistro was so-so. My salad had so much excess water (guessing from the lettuce being washed but not dried enough prior to serving) that it soaked up a whole cloth napkin. The pizza and fries were pretty yummy though. Check out time was NOON which can be found both online and in a confirmation text (sent on our last day) from the property. Yet the maid came knocking on our door, telling us we were supposed to be checked out by 11AM. The front desk employees were helpful and kind. I wanted to like this place more. If you just need a place to stay, this will do. If you’re looking for somewhere nice to getaway, you’re probably better off going somewhere else.

Room 342, one night stay. Struggled to get a good nights sleep there due to a relay click that turns on a fan a few times an hour. That relay clicked so loud it woke me up multiple times an hour. Also dealt with mild to cold showers in the morning for all three of us. There just wasn't any hot water to be had in this room. First time staying at this location, will be the last.

Overall fine stay.
Hotel is a little tired. Heat wouldn’t go down in room so we had to shut off and open the window. Window felt like it was going to fall out of the frame.

As far as last-minute airport hotels go, not bad. There was no toothpaste available though, and no hot water for showers. At least it was cheap and seemed clean.

It was ok for an overnight stay after a late flight and it was an easy walk to Nu Car rental from the hotel. The rooms were cold. They need to update their website. Breakfast was not free. As well coffee was not free.

We checked in saw the room and went to check out. Not a place to stay with kids!! Loud party going on in the basement at 11pm, smoke filling our room and the hallways. Stains on floors and walls. The loby is very nice and definitely a decoy!! Delta recommended this place when out flight was delayed overnight, no thank you!!!

The bedding was clearly not cleaned and changed. There was hair all over the sheets - both the top blanket and sheets underneath. One pillow smelled like smoke and the other smelled like dingy women’s perfume, so they smelled like other people. The building itself outside and in the lobby are beautiful but the rooms are worn and dingy. The front desk clerk, however, was very friendly.

This hotel is super dated in all respects. The whole hotel and room had a very musty odor. The room was very hot, and when I turned the thermostat down as low as it could go it was still blowing hot air. All the furnishing besides the TV are old as well, the vent fan made a high pitched whining noise, the bed was very uncomfortable and they pillows seemed to be for a toddler size bed not the king which they were one. I had to go request a new room because of the vent only blowing hot air, which they did give me, but there was a line of people at 930pm and only one front desk employee so there was a long wait. I ate at the restaurant and the the food wasn’t very good, not to mention the grilled chicken sandwich came on plain white bread. Also the bar tender kept coming on the customer side of the bar and standing around a space heater that was about 3 feet from the bar…very bizarre and not a professional or welcoming look. Overall I’d recommend finding somewhere else to stay as there are plenty of other options.

COLD SHOWER
The room and hotel are nice, the only reason for 4 star and not 5 is the shower was cold there was no hot water. I did notice after reading other reviews it seems to be a common problem.
