GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. We’d love to help. \-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. \-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations. 9\. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. 10\. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. The owners were amazing to work with and very responsive. The apartment is exactly like the listing photos. The rooftop pool and hot tub was the cherry on top. The apartment was spectacular for comfort, view, location, and cleanliness. If this property is within your price range we would definitely advise to book immediately if available for your stay. There is no debate, it is a nice place to sleep for a few nights and very convenient to everything downtown. We loved it and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Only a couple of other things to note that are different than other VRBO rentals: - Be advised that after reservation you will have to upload a copy of government issued ID. This is for building security purposes. Never had to do this before but we worked it out. - Check in instructions were only delivered on the day of arrival and not a few days before.
