Modern Mountain 5BR Getaway, 15-40 minutes from 7 ski resorts Sleeps 12 Enjoy a mountain getaway in this 5-bedroom home recently remodeled. The house comes with AC, an entertainer’s backyard, covered patio, two living rooms and a game room. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, you will have quick access to 7 world class ski resorts, countless hikes, highway access, and multiple options for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from SLC International airport. The entire house is yours to make it feel like home! This house was recently remodeled to provide a cozy mountain retreat for you and your guests. The house is spacious and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new appliances, a separate game room including a ping pong table, 3 HD 4K smart TV’s and high speed internet to access all of your streaming apps. Also an entertainer’s backyard fit for all ages. Soothe your sore muscles after a long day of skiing in an extra-large soaking tub located on the main floor. In addition to the 6 beds, there is a full-size memory foam air mattress located downstairs in the far north closet. You are welcome to use the extra blankets, sheets and pillows also located in this closet. You will have full use of the washer and dryer where laundry soap and dryer sheets are available. Behind the laundry room door, you will find a collapsible table and chairs for setting up a dedicated workspace in any room. There is a backup generator. If the power goes out, it will automatically turn on and you won't even notice a disruption in power. There is a carbon monoxide/smoke detector outside of the common area/rooms on each level. There is a smoke detector inside each bedroom above the entryway. There is a FIRE EXTINGUSHER under the kitchen sink and one downstairs in the laundry room. You are welcome to park in the driveway which can easily fit 4 small cars or 3 big cars. There is no garage access. Do not park on the street. Do not block the sidewalk. Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control service to service all of our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. The home had lots of room for our group to spread out and have some quiet time, but also plenty of common space to come together. The gas fireplace in the living room made every morning and evening cozy, especially coming back from skiing. The house has all the amenities you need to be comfortable, from kitchenware to extra towels for the bathrooms. Our host, Chris was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Forgot my emulsifier to froth my morning butter coffee & they had one! Wine glasses✅ Slow Cooker ✅ The teens loved their own living room & pingpong play area in the basement! The bathrooms were new, clean & stocked! It was very easy to communicate with the owner. They even checked in on us! Someone came to shovel driveway snow even!
