There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone in our group. The big swim spa/hot tub was nice to relax in in the evenings. The big couch in the living room has space for everyone. The area is central to lots of stuff in salt lake City and the general East bench and Sugarhouse/Holladay area. We chose this location due to its proximity to Mill Creek, where the wedding was held. The property was clean and well-managed, and the appliances were nice. The owner stopped by to deliver a basket of fruit which was a nice touch. The check-out process was reasonable and procedures for it were communicated well.A few minor pieces of constructive criticism:- the bedroom I stayed in had a puncture in the drywall- the downstairs bathroom is really tiny and cramped- the property did have an iron & ironing board, which was appreciated, but we didn't see it in the listing ##### Andrew B.
