In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $25 per night. The backyard is fully fenced. We provide food dishes, poop bags, and doggie beds. We also a crate available if you must leave for a bit. Please use this to avoid damages to the house! Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions. ZEN DEN: This peaceful meditation, yoga, or workout area is a separate building in the backyard. The key is at the home's backdoor. STAIRS: There are 3 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access 2 of the bedrooms. PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning! House Rules: 1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken. 2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count. 3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $25\. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies. 4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared. 5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us. 6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking. 7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule. I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years! I also have other properties in Utah. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to walk around, convenient to the Salt Lake area. We stayed here two nights with family, too quick to really enjoy the property, but really just a nice residential home. Ventilation wasn’t great in the convert master bedroom, but the rest of the house was. Nice and cool in the basement rooms, washer and dryer was nice to have. ##### Loren A. The master bedroom, despite being in a converted garage, still stayed warm despite the cooler overnight temps. The basement was noticeably cooler than upstairs which is to be expected in such a house, but they provided plenty of extra blankets for our kids down there. The yoga suite in the back was a nice little space, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. We also loved some of the retro features like the bluetooth record player and old-school style Nintendo downstairs! ##### Michael D. Super comfortable with unique amenities (video game console, LARGE fenced yard, yoga retreat out back). Our family of five had great bonding time over christmas, and loved that it had a great movie TV but not one in every room. Cooking together/places to chill/big table to play games on and eat at. Our family and one other family had plenty of room and all the amenities to keep everyone entertained during the stay. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The location of Bountiful was perfect as well. We were visiting friends in Farmington but wanted to stay closer to Salt Lake and Bountiful is a great location right in the middle. Turns out we spent a lot of time in Bountiful. The rec center is amazing with a great pool and ice skating rink and downtown Bountiful was the location for multiple Hallmark movies which tells you all you need to know. ##### Davey P.
