Spacious getaway in peaceful North Salt Lake with breathtaking mountain and valley views. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Salt Lake City and 15 minutes from the airport. Minutes to Eaglewood Golf Course, scenic walking trails, Lagoon Amusement Park, and top dining. Fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and room for the whole family. Ideal for skiing, hiking, business, or a relaxing escape.  
This is a residential house, not a hotel. Please respect all areas and neighbors. Any disturbance may result in immediate termination of your stay.  
  
🚫 No parties, smoking, or drugs permitted. Violation results in a $1,000 fine.  
  
🐾 No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur fines ($300 for presence)
