Horrible. Motel was completely shut down
I pull into the motel and it's completely shut down, with nobody at front desk or nobody to help get me refund from the website. Completely wasted money and time. I had to go to the nearest and closest hotel and pay for an extra room when I had that room reserved for over a month. Do not order rooms from this website do not trust these reviews. Not to mention the sketchy drug dealers using the abandoned Parking lot

Dog hair on the sheets, dirty floors, stains in the bottom of the tub, very dirty and very difficult to get to. Close to the hospital is one of the only things it’s got going for it.

Hi ElisaThank you very much for your time. However, during your 6 day's stay you never complained anything about it. Even during your departure the front desk agent asked about the room and you replied positively. During your stay we asked to clean the room several time but you denied. Therefore, it is baseless to complain after you leave.

The stay was fine, comfortable beds. The room we had definitely needed some upkeep. Very tiny TV for the distance from the beds to where it was hung. The bathroom looked like it needed an overhaul. The shower head was cracked by the fitting so it sprayed water everywhere, nice surprise for when I the knobs. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. We missed the turn into the parking lot and ended up on the street behind the Motel and the conditions brough up two words "Crack Dens". The staff was warm and friendly. I wish the neighborhood matched their demeanors. They can't help their location but I felt as though I needed constantly keep watch over my two vehicles the whole night. Aside from that there were several great locations very close for dining. All in all if you just need a bed to sleep in for the night it's not bad for the price.

When I checked into my room floor was dirty sink was clogged but I went and unclogged it myself and fix a few things in the room, it's motel6 what do you expect right... lol but it was quite night and day which was surprisingly.

1st off, the smell. Condition of all the furniture was horrible, sink was not clean, the 2 pillows were thin, hair on the sheets, tub was chipped, never again, not worth the $79

Staff was great. We stayed multiple days but didn't receive housekeeping although towels were brought quickly when we asked. The room was supported to include microwave and refrigerator which it didn't but the room was clean when we arrived and this location was actually the correct bed size

They require a $100 deposit that I haven't even gotten back yet meanwhile they have an ant infestation and the heater kept putting out cold air even when I maxed out the heat to 90.

Deposit is processed by credit card company which take a while to get in your bank. During severe cold weather PTAC units does not work when you put the 90 degree. Normally, upto 75 degree is perfect.

Attempted Robbery
A man with a ski mask on was pounding on my door for over a minute. He kept his other hand in his jacket pocket bulging forward implying he had a weapon, I immediately called the front desk and told them to call the police. After 5 min I called front desk again and asked for an update. They said nobody was there on the cameras, I said knew that wasn’t possible so I told him I was coming down to see the cameras, they got upset and told me I was kicked out. The Manager, Bob, was horrible. He was dismissive, rude, and repeatedly called me a liar while making claims this never happened. He was very suspicious and makes me wonder how things work behind the scenes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Totally baseless incident. Front Desk watched the camera immediately on live while he was on phone. But there was nobody in front of his door. Also went up and checked the whole building area but the so called masked man was not there. He called the police and left the hotel after conversation with the officers.

Horrible Stay-left Early
Booked through website. Paid for room w/fridge. Was told in person, i didnt get one. Ice machine broke, no receipt during check-in, locked out of room after 1st night. Was never told they deactivate all keys at 11am & you have to ask office to reactivate for 2 day stay. The tub had rust & dirt. The floor had melted crayon, the curtain was ripped, toilet caulking was cracked & old. Only 1 very small trash can to share for bathroom things and living room things.

Pool drained. Hot tub empty. No coffee maker in room. Room bare of any amenties. Floors cracked and peeling. Bathroon faucet broken. Backs on both chairs brcken. Towels tiny, old and thin. The place is old and uncared for.

The smug little man who was partaking in what the busy rooms where selling had me sleep in my truck because it was 257 and my reservation expired at 3! Im a 50 years old disabled woman here to get treatment for illnesses.. we had 3 minutes and he shut door in face

It seems that considering the description she made in her comments - she was not in this location. For e.g. we open 24/7 and never shut the door. There is nobody working in the front desk similar to her description.

All heaters in the rooms are in working condition. However, during winter to get quick heat most of the guest set the temperature to 80 - 90 which is not right.
