Ski trip

Peter was super nice and professional when contacting him about the check in process. House had some dings but overall a great place to stay for a bunch of mid twenty year olds! Was around 1-1.5 hrs from Brighton depending on traffic, but the house was great and had grocery stores and gas stations close by!

Just what our family needed!

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus! The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. It looks exactly like the photos- there’s lots of levels, so if stairs are problematic just keep that in mind. For us the different levels just meant move space to move around in. There was plenty of space for all our family to hang out together but also have privacy when needed. We appreciated the coffee, condiments, laundry supplies and extra towels. Peter was so easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again!

Nice Accommodations

This place met our needs, and was comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We found out on the day that we checked out (when our youngest child who slept there told us) that the bunk bed in the basement was unwashed, because she found candy wrappers in the bed. That was disappointing, and we wish she had told us on day one, but the place is still nice, and appears to be well cared for. The neighborhood is not 5-star, but we felt safe, and undisturbed while staying there.

Value Property

I visited Salt Lake for business, to look at real estate, and to ski with family and friends. There were six adult guests in total, and we had the rental for eight days. The Pros: * The home is close to the airport. * The interior of the home was very clean. * The host was very responsive. * Many updates and amenities to the interior and kitchen. * The beds were comfortable. Cons: * The neighborhood was not as upscale as I had expected. Upon arriving, I understood why the home had no exterior photos. * Multiple neighbors have outdoor dogs, and they bark early every morning between 4:00 am and 6:00 am *The home is located on the corner of a major road with heavy and loud traffic. * The back sliding door needed patience. Thus, the living room was cold. * The master bathroom shower did not have hot water the entire trip. I believe the handle needs adjustment, as the rest of the home had hot water. * Every guest complained about the pillows. * The layout is a little odd, with one bedroom located in what was once a garage and another on a basement level. We had a fantastic trip; the home worked well for our needs and was a good value. However, I don't think I would stay in West Valley on a future trip as I've rented more upscale options in Salt Lake previously.

Great House, Easy Process, Enjoyed our Ski Trip

We had a ski trip with 7 adults. The 5 rooms was perfect to let everyone have their own rooms plus the larger rooms for the couples. Only about an hour to Park City. Check in and check out was easy, Peter was great at communicating and response.

Salt Lake

Property is very clean with a minimalist vibe. Unfortunately from the photos, we couldn’t tell exactly the layout regarding the stairs. Since we are aging, the stairs were an issue. The harder beds are upstairs, and the softer large bed is all the way down two flights of stairs, so we were unable to sleep in the more comfortable bed. Kitchen amenities were clean, but also on the minimalist side. However, it was accurate according to what was listed on the platform. You will need to provide your own wraps, baggies, dishwashing, pods, etc. upon arrival we were quite cold, and there were no throw blankets to be found. Our host Peter was extremely responsive and showed up with nice cozy blankets, as well as a much appreciated bag of gourmet popcorn. He was very kind to let us adjust our heat as needed so we were always comfortable. Celina.

This home was even much better than we expected!

We reserved this home because of its proximity to the airport and because the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accomodated pur large group. When we arrived we were delighted to see how beautiful and how spacious the home was. The upgraded furniture, bedding, and bathroom facilities were a plus.We so enjoyed the delightful tub in the master bath that had the fun, hand held shower. We couldn't have asked for a more clean, well appointed home. Peter, the host was quick to respond to any questions we asked.

Great family home

Peter was a great host! Peter answered every question I had quickly, and most importantly always friendly. The listing was accurate and we loved the ping pong table. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It was only a 15 minute drive to the airport, and ten minutes to shopping/food area. My family and I would definitely stay again when we are in the SLC area!

Very roomy

We were in the area for a week long sporting event and this property worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids. Check-in and check out was very easy. Peter was very responsive when I messaged him about there not being outside furniture and grill that we had spoke about. He had ordered it and it had not arrived before we did so he went out and purchased it and got it setup the next day so we could enjoy the patio while we were there. This is a new property listing and I think it will just keep getting better as people stay and make suggestions to him. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Spacious and convenient

This property worked well for four adults and certainly has space for more. It's clean and well appointed with all the necessities you need, exactly as advertised. The house does give off "quick flip" vibes with some strange design choices but as a short term rental this isn't really an issue. Peter was a gracious and responsive host - we had some issues with the A/C not fully working, and he got someone to come look at it on a Sunday to try and fix it, and I have no doubt the issue will be resolved for the next guests. Regardless, our group would certainly stay again if we were back in this area!
