All the amenities worked and were present. The kids especially loved the hot tub, but also the skeeball and arcades. The size is excellent - enough for everyone to have their own space, and there are 2 living areas for when not everyone can agree on a single movie together. The bathrooms were spotless and well equipped, and hot water was quick and good pressure. The staff were highly responsive, flexible and professional.
