We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. You will need a car to get around, you can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well Only 20 minutes from skiing/snowboarding at Snowbird and Alta, and direct access to Bell Canyon Gully. 20 Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 45 Minutes to Park City. This is a 2 unit house. This listing is unit 2, the owners live in unit 1\. They are completely separate from each other and have different entrances. The thermostat is located in the owners unit and will adjust it for you as needed. \-Ski's are not included with the rental Rules: 1\. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, this area has a very high fire risk. 2\. NO PETS allowed of any kind 3\. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs. 4\. Guest limit is 6 guests, and no parties are allowed. 5\. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms 6\. Must be 21 to book Fire-pit rules- 1\. Do not throw anything into fire pit 2\. Do not put anything flammable near the fire pit- this is a very dry, high fire risk area 4\. Cover 30 minutes after turning off. It’ll melt the cover and you will be charged for the damage. 5\. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we could have needed was available - extra towels, linens, throw blankets, etc! The location was perfect—within driving distance to everything we wanted to see, but still quiet enough to relax. And the view from the house and the street in general was amazing!
