Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. The apartment was wonderful, organized and had extra towels, a great kitchen and a very comfortable bed and pillows......honestly the first time I did not hear my husband fuss about pillows in 10 years of traveling!! We spent time in gym and pool. Both were clean and nice. This was a great location, walkable to all things downtown and public transportation out of the front door. Very clean and slick check-in and out! When entering the apartment though my very sensitive nose could smell cigarette smoke. Not my favorite smell! Also we would have liked a tv in the bedroom! The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond, even providing concierge service, so that I could celebrate my boyfriend's birthday upon our late-night arrival. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the Capital and mountains, and ended our days by taking advantage of the pool and hot tub before calling it a night. The bed was so comfortable that I thought of looking at what kind of mattress it was. Comfortable bedding, quality towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. I would stay again. ##### Meghan G.
