Our son graduated from the U, and my wife and I, plus his brother and a few cousins stayed here. Our son, daughter and their significant others hung out with us in evenings. The location is excellent and the home was set up nice. Plenty of space in a nice open living area, and a porch for outdoor hang out. The upstairs master suite allowed us to sleep (in a very comfortable bed) while the kids were up late playing board games. Kitchen worked well for light cooking and snacks. At first glance when driving up the home looked small, but once you are inside you realize there is plenty of space and the layout worked perfectly for us. The location was so close to the University of Utah campus where our daughter is going to college and also very close to almost everything you want to visit in Salt Lake City.
