It is quiet, safe and the location is absolutely perfect. Central and close to everything - downtown, U of U, ski areas, etc. Ample restaurants and shopping within minutes.The unit is wonderful. Some of the cabinets and fixtures are older and show some signs of use, but everything was absolutely clean and squared away. Ample linens, towels, coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were in perfect working order.The host is extremely professional and attentive. Communication is clear and timely. We were gone during the day when the home monitoring system alerted the host to a potential problem with the AC unit. The host dispatched a repair service to remedy the problem and we never noticed any issue whatsoever. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and straight forward. Overall a very good experience on all fronts. I would stay here again without hesitation. ##### Don F. Getting around SLC was easy from here. The home was clean and outfitted with plenty of beds and kitchen items. We really appreciated having a double garage so that overnight parking felt safe. I thought the kids would use the Playstation, and they were excited about it---but ours never found the time as they were busy exploring the city. It was clean and had a lot of amenities. The shower was had great pressure. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was central to everything you would want to see in SLC. The grocery store was nice and close. SLC We stayed at this property for 4 nights as part of a girlfriend getaway weekend! It was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and the description was very accurate. We appreciated the full kitchen with coffee pods provided. The Olympics started while we were there and we could literally watch it from every room thanks to TVs throughout the house! There was ample room for two friends and would easily have accommodated 2 more. The only thing we struggled with was the evaporative cooler. Those of us from southern states are used to central AC. The cooler temp could not be regulated. It was either “low” or “high”. At High, after a day or two, it was 54 degrees. At Low, it was way too warm to sleep. The two upstairs bedrooms had fans though, which was super helpful since it was 95-100 degrees during the day while we were there in July. Overall we recommend this property.
