They did not have coffee breakfast for us dute to out of coffee. Only hot water was available at that time... rooms and elevator were old ... but the locstion was good, it was close to restaurants and freeway. So very convenient.

I loved the day time young lady manager Jessica. She went above and beyond to not only meet my needs but the needs of the other guest. I cannot give her enough praise. Unfortunately her boss the general manager needs some retraining. He is rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and will not entertain any notion of him being wrong. Good sir if you only knew what i do for a living you would be very smart as to change your attitude

Disappointing
The overall quality of this hotel was very disappointing. It was just very outdated and grimy. The rooms and hallways smelt of cigarette smoke but there were automatic air fresheners in the halls which tried to mask the smell with vanilla which honestly just made the smell worse. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was also another guest staying on our floor with her dog which was barking all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep. And the on the go breakfast consisted of just coffee and granola bars.

Felt like a hotel in a major downtown city. Several people just hanging around. Was approached by a homeless man asking me to buy one of his rocks. Felt a bit uncomfortable each time I came back for the night. Room seemed to be clean but very worn furniture and carpets. No TV remote in the room.

Not A Bad Hotel But Also Nothing Fancy Either
Stayed here for one night over the weekend while coming through the area since I wanted to be in the West Valley area. The rates here are a little pricey. Some of the areas of the Hotel and even my room didn't have the best smell however the room wasn't dirty either. Not a bad place to stay if you needto be close to the airport or want to be away from downtown SLC

We get to the hotel which i booked thru hotels.com. The person at the desk was ok. Paid a good price compared to the others and was not told would be a pet fee charged me 60 dollars for 2 small dogs. People knocking at your door and very noisy. Person up stairs were very loud all night. Will never stay at an extended stay again

Unusual cleaning schedule
I would like to have been told they only clean twice a month. I also had to ask 3 times to get clean sheets because the first set had black scuff marks on the fitted sheet. I did not mind changing them myself I just wish the first person I talked to would have told me. I can see not cleaning a room every day however one should be told. I never received new cups or anything like that because I kept waiting for them to do the room.
