A few blocks from 15 freeway on/off ramps, and within easy 10 min drive to UofU, the Capital, Delta Arena, Convention Center and local retail/eateries/bars. Fun Tip: Visit the neighborhood’s 801 Coffee Roasters! Our fav coffee cafe within 2 and a half blocks. Located in the Harvest Apt building across from the City Library.Local owner, Alex, and his baristas, master the art of coffee with a relaxed, welcoming vibe in an airy space. Check out the pool table, and indoor plants labeled with cheeky names Most food items locally sourced by a New Zealand family bakery, such as the traditional meat pies.
