If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5\. The rooms were clean, but the refrigerator was not very cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature.Being elderly, we had requested a first floor room, but were given a third floor room. We had to haul luggage and groceries in the elevator and had to locate our room. On one occasion our door would not open with our key card and we had to call to get the code changed so we could get into our room. The check in was a nightmare because my VRBO app was not working and I was lucky enough to catch a tenet coming our of the building who was able to locate the information needed to find the lockbox. When we did get into the apartment we had to take the garage card to find our parking spot and then haul everything up from the basement. I do not have any photos to add. ##### Michael H.
