Very well maintained and updated motel. Easy access from freeway and to get just about anywhere. Pool and hot tub look inviting, however I haven't had the chance to use them yet due to surgeries. Their king, jetted tub suite if very nice and roomy. The tub is awesome, just wish they had some bars so short people like me could get in and out of it a little easier😁

Friendly staff at the front desk. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. Free parking was a nice amenity. The room rate appears to be below average, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The location on the “west side” of the downtown core has always been considered a bit seedy and there are some unhoused folks, but I never felt unsafe. Traffic noise was noticeable though not unbearable.

Lobby feels very dark. Hotel is dated. Microwave in room did not work. Dust on few furniture items in the room. Breakfast was pretty much your less than average hotel scrambled eggs, pancakes, bagels, bowl of yogurt, etc. Fellow traveler had incident being hit by rock thrown through window by someone. Many jokes were made about how we were staying at Crystal Meth Inn. Would not choose to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We did remodel our rooms with new carpet, Flooring, and furniture about 2 years ago. We are sorry it was not to your liking. We do not allow drugs or anything like that in our hotel. We pride ourselves on a well maintained, clean and safe property. We do have 24/7 security at the hotel and our hotel property. They are retired Salt Lake City Police Officers. I apologize that breakfast didn't meet your expectations. We try and provide a good variety.

This is a nice place to get away without leaving town. My wife and I get the hot tub suite and enjoy not being bothered.

Property was good overall but the rooms could be updated. Great service and breakfast. Area seems a little unsafe and dirty.

Refrigerator in room not at holding temperature; no safe in room; jetted tub and standard tub in lavatory drained very slowly. Otherwise room was clean, comfortable, attractive, pool and jacuzzi were clean and operational, staff were pleasant and responsive. Good stay!

It was near this place called HallPass to eat which gives you unique dining experience. Just blocks away from the Delta Center and there is lots to see and do in the downtown area.

everything worked as expected. the shuttle from the airport to hotel was helpful. on our last day I was watching Marquette play Colorado on the lobby tv when it came time for our shuttle to the airport. the driver tuned in the ratio so we could listen to the rest of the game. Very nice touch!

My room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great to use. The pool towels are a little small, but worked OK. The breakfast in the mornings is always very good with plenty of selection on foods, fruits, and other breakfast items. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel this year. I have a few more conferences that I will be attending in SLC and I will continue to stay at this hotel.

After a scary night at the Motel 6 around the corner, we decided to try this place and it was a lifesaver. I'm rather goth presenting and am used to being treated a bit weirdly, but the staff was so nice and the room was so clean and spacious. The pool was fun and well maintained. Bed was super comfy. I felt a lot safer. Thanks for the great experience
