The location is right next to the pool which worked great for our kids. We had everything we needed. The owner communicated well. The condo was walking distance from many restaurants, and driving distance to the Great Salt Lake and other area attractions. Rooms were just as pictured. Great mountain views from the kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub are right outside your window. The area seems to be up and coming. We stay in SLC 2-4 times per year to visit our daughter at The U and this is one of my favorite properties that we have stayed at. The building is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants and pretty close to the U. The building is great and the secured parking is a definite plus given the current state of the homeless situation in SLC. The property is modern and beautiful and has lots of amenities in the building if you care to use them. The furnishings in the unit were perfect for the space and they had plenty of the things that are normally needed like toilet paper and coffee. Water pressure in showers were pretty low...but that's the only thing I could find that was wrong! Great location near to alot of stores and less than 20 minute walk to convention center.
