This luxurious Salt Lake City condo offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. Prime location provides easy access to downtown attractions like Temple Square, Utah State Capitol, Eccles Theater, City Creek Center, award-winning restaurants, and Memory Grove Park. Inside, enjoy a sophisticated design, upscale amenities, stunning city and mountain views. Onsite features include a modern fitness center, rooftop access, and secure 24/7 parking.

The Space:
The apartment complex is located downtown. The apartment is recently renovated and the whole complex is in the process of being upgraded as well! There is a 24/7 gym that our guests will have access to along with an entertainment area that has a pool table, TVs and tables to relax. There is an underground parking garage that has an assigned parking space for our guest as well. The apartment should have all the essentials one would need when traveling or staying for an extended period.

Guest Access:
Entertainment area, gym, parking garage, lounging balcony all are available to our guests with the key fob that is provided with the apartment.

Encompassed by sparkling skylines and sweeping mountain vistas, this SLC apartment community serves as the ultimate urban retreat. Recognized as an entertainment, shopping and dining mecca, downtown SLC offers something for everyone to enjoy. Reside in the heart of it all when you stay here. Take a nice walk or jump on an electronic scooter or bicycle with "Lime" or "Spin" and explore the city. Grocery and convenience stores are walking distance from the apartment. Located near the TRAX red line, this community places you near countless destinations, including the University of Utah, Trolley Square and Central City.

Our guest will receive a parking fob upon arrival of the apartment. You can park in the north parking garage. Parking is assigned. The apartment comes with one garage sensor.

Salt Lake City public transit aka "TRAX" is 5 minutes from the apartment.

If you enjoy electric scooters or bicycles, "Lime" and "Spin" have scooters and bicycles everywhere in the city. Download the apps and it will tell you where they are located.

Lastly, Uber and Lyft are everywhere!
