We’ve added outdoor lighting to the patio area. If your dates are not available, please inquire as we handle three other units in the community! Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Cottonwood Heights 'The City between the Canyons' (suburb of Salt Lake City). We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80. The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another, and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling. 20 min to DOWNTOWN SLC. Large, attached two car garage. WALK to dinner/lunch at Porcupine pub, Eight Settlers Distillery, Saola and Alpha Coffee/cafe. The Super Pass is your golden ticket to everything Ski City has to offer. To have restaurants, grocery, liquor store, Ski & See, Crumble Cookie + close and good location to do other options or city, was excellent. Mar 26, 2017 #### Excellent place to stay for skiing Very nice condo. Very comfortable and clean. Nicely supplied with amenities - soaps, paper towels, etc. - which is rare for HomeAway. Good hot tub. Downsides: heating very uneven between floors; checkout rules that you're required to wash the towels or sheets and take out the garbage is pretty outrageous considering you're paying $275 per night PLUS $100 for cleaning. ##### Samuel S. Feb 5, 2015 #### Great Place and Location We stayed at the bottom on Big Cottonwood Canyon. Location was great because we could zip to either canyon (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton etc.) . The facilities were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host (Jennifer) was very helpful with getting discount lift tickets. We had an issue with the washing machine ( hey things break down every now and then). Jennifer was very accommodating as she gave us access to another unit to wash. Quick access to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. Also close to food shopping, liquor store and good restaurants. Easy access to buses to ski resorts if you don’t want to drive. My daughter and I took the bus one day. Bus may come in handy on days when the canyon roads are closed to vehicles without 4x4 + chains. Clean private hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi plus full entertainment system included. The only thing missing is bbq grill out on the patio. We will go back. Jennifer the property manager is on top of everything. ##### Thomas H. The first thing we appreciated was how great Jennifer was with communication before checking, during checkin and while we stayed there. She was available and helpful for everything we needed. The property looks just like the photos - it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds, linens, and furniture are clean and very comfortable. My husband and son skied and I was working on a project so I spent a lot of time in the property. The fireplace is lovely, the whole place has light and is airy, and the kitchen has the things we needed to have meals and snacks. There is a dishwasher! There washer/dryer was a huge bonus as we went home with clean clothes from our trip - loved not having multiple loads to do right after vacation! The garage was easy access and took care of parking issues. The location was right near Little/Big Cotton Canyons and 40 minutes from DEER Valley which we visited multiple times to ski and spa. The location is perfect for accessing the resorts in the Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons (and Park City is also relatively close). 2.) Restaurants, groceries, coffee, and ski-rental shops were just minutes away (and the last two were within walking distance). 3.) The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. The appliances (full washer/dryer) and kitchen items made the condo a quick and easy home-away-from-home. 4.) The property manager reached out to us before, during, and after the trip (thanks Jennifer!). 5.) The condo was well-stocked with travel tips, a Wii, up-to-date magazines, and also had trail maps for the local resorts (all reflective of exceptional attention to detail). 6.) The large garage (our SUV fit easily, even with a ski rack) and hot tub were a big plus. Great value – great condo. I'd stay here again. ##### Chad B. Right at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon and close to the ski bus that will take you to most of the resorts in the Salt Lake City area.
