Just a short 10-minute drive to downtown, 4 minutes to Sugar House, and 35 minutes to the ski slopes. You’ll have the best of the city and the mountains right at your doorstep. Plus, you’re only a 3-minute walk from the S-Line streetcar stop, making commuting or exploring the area a breeze. Private entrance through front or back door. In basement of the home there is a laundry room which is shared with the basement apartment. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table in the backyard. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. Backyard and grill are shared. The unit is the main level of the home which boast two king bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen and table for four. In the living room there is dedicated workspace with adjustable height desk, large sectional to relax in, and 65 inch smart TV.
