This is a beautiful tutor home, your own space, own entrance. Well sought after neighborhood in Salt Lake City called Harvard/Yale.  
GREAT FOR SKIER’S 25 MIN TO PARK CITY.  
Centrally located means it is just minutes from the University of Utah, Westminster, Primary Children's Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Center, LDS hospital and more. Only about 15 min to Salt Palace Convention Center and Vivint Smart Home Arena.  
  
HOME OWNER IS SENSITIVE INTOLERANT TO SMOKE. Please don’t book at all if you are a smoker.  
  
This listing has been and will always be deeply cleaned, sanitized, and meeting all of the CDC health guidelines for COVID19.  
  
You enter the unit by walking on the west side gate and to the back which has lovely brick path. You will go down the steps and get your key from our lock box.  
  
This is a private entrance and you do not have to share any space with anyone else (except perhaps the backyard) if you wish to sit and read on the shade within the garden.  
  
The room is a cute bedroom with comfy queen bed, plenty of storage, and tv with Comcast HD CABLE TV  
  
The wifi is super fast (up to 200meg).  
  
The attached bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and keep heading back and you will see a little laundry-room/ kitchenette with mimi fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Cabinet are stocked with dish's and flatware.  
  
Stay for a couple days or many! We want you to feel at home .

You will need to park on the street but the street is safe in this neighborhood  
Other things to note  
13 S. and 17th E. there is Harmons/ emigration market with a deli. Cross the street eggs in the city. Jollies drugstore, Lots of gifts. On 15th is in 17th S. there are several little places to eat, bookstore, Art gallery.
