Cozy Living spaces and comfortable Beds. Family Friendly and Work Groups Welcome. 2 Car Garage and plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and Intermountaim Medical Center. Centrally located and close to freeway entrances for quick access to all resorts and popular destinations. CLEAN!  
  
Beautiful Home  
This is a peaceful and centrally-located property. A 10-15 drive to downtown SLC, 14 minutes to the airport. Work stations throughout the home so you have ample space to work. Fenced in backyard with Hot Tub, Grill, Pizza Oven, Eating Area and roomy space for family and friends.  
Excellent central location it is easy to drive to ski resorts, Maverick Center University of Utah and located near Intermountain Medical Center.

Welcome to this lovely & spacious retreat! A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the lounge area invites you to vibe to your favorite tunes, Xbox with game pass and board games, or cozy up by the fireplace for a movie. Outside, relax by the firepit or BBQ and Pizza oven or soak in the Hot Tub in the serene backyard  
This gorgeous house is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.  
  
Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions. There are 2 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access bedrooms.   
  
Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $20/night for 2 dogs. The pet fee is due upon booking confirmation. We will send a request through Airbnb and you can pay through that link.

Stayed at this house for 16 days and it was perfect. House was true to photos posted. Very clean and well stocked with more than we could have imagined. Location was close to stores and restaurants and not far from our work location. Host was easy to work with and always gave a heads up if they needed to do yard work or maintenance on the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

The home and amenities were as described and enjoyed. It was in a nice location with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants close by.
