Cabinet labeling for dish count and which item went where was not accurate. Some furniture was broken. Walls had drywall patching partially completed. Deck furniture was extremely dirty including chairs and tables. Not enough dish detergent for the length of our stay.Positives: The beds were extremely comfortable. The linens were clean and there were plenty of pillows. Towels and wash cloths were clean and there were enough. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided (enough for a couple days). Check-in process was simple, management company (owner) was easily reached and was impressively responsive to inquiries. Codes for entrances worked flawlessly. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our team of men and women from all around North America utilized 4 homes, the Union Coves and Spruce. They were clean, comfortable and functional for our every need.
