Rooms were clean kitchen has everything needed. I personally loved the place so much history, and character in a place built in the 1900s. I will definitely stay here again. It is a great Salt Lake location. We did drive past it twice trying to fi f the droveway in the rain was a challenge. But we made it. The apartment was well maintained. The floors squeaked as you might expect in an historic building. Pleasantly surprised with the heat and hot water, which we didnt expect in an historic building. The property owner was very responsive and ensured everything was clean and ready upon arrival.This place is part of a 6-unit apartment and is one of the first lower units upon entering the main level. It has a spacious open living and dining area, with direct access to the front porch. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics, including a Keurig and spice rack, and the two bedrooms, office area and bathroom are in the back. The beds and pillows were memory foam and very confortable, ensurong a good nights rest. The only downsides were no dishwasher and general noise from the road and upstairs neighbors walking. Positives: location, overall cleanliness. Improvements: the mattress in the bedroom without the office was bowed rolling you into the center of the mattress, the bathroom needs some major re-caulking giving the appearance of dirty. Prior to our check-in to this apartment, the owner asked me to contact her to make our transition from the house to the apartment with the goal of getting us in prior to 4:00pm on Friday.
