Awful Internet connectivity
Awful internet connectivity. Had to contact hotels.com directly due to hotel staff giving the runaround reasoning and being given a conference room late in the evening instead of just being given a different room location in the building to receive better wifi connectivity.

Good solid city centre hotel. Rooms are good size , modern and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, handy parking underneath hotel and a good hotel gym.

This is a comfortable, modern hotel that is only a couple of blocks from the Parma train station. It is a 10 minute walk to Garibaldi Square and all the great sites and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit run down, but it was safe and the proximity to the train station makes it super convenient.

Staff was excellent and room was nice. Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Great facilities on site. It’s not a good area but it’s near the station so if you need to stay in the area this is a good spot to stay.

Parma put the NO in Novotel
The executive room has no work space and wifi is slow when it works. Our keys stopped working around 3 times every day and had to be reset; service is terrible - room service order was forgotten and when it arrived was average. Getting a coffee in the foyer while working at the station there is impossible; we asked 3 times over 3 hours, even asked the Manager - still no coffee arrived. Short walk to the old part of the town, but don't walk the other way!

The good: Modern Close to train station Close to downtown Good bed Good Ac Suggestions for improvement: Redesign the front desk. It can get congested. The rooms are plain, could use some pictures. If a room has a king bed, provide king pillows please. The pillows provided were not great. Please provide stir sticks for in-room coffee. Provide water glasses in the room. The small paper cups are not adequate.

We were only here for 1 night. It was a very busy hotel, but those checking guests in were efficiant and pleasant. The lobby bar and restaurant were quite good. On sute parking was a big plus.

Great hotel with convenient location. Modern building, friendly staff. Only problem was that pillows were terrible! For such a small investment, the hotel could make a much better experience for guests. The parking cost something like 18 euros per day, and the garage was pretty hard to get in and out of because the turns are very tight. But overall we enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again.

Had a lovely time at the Novotel in Parma
We had a lovely time at our stay at the Novotel Parma Centro. The staff was very receptive and accommodating. Loved the restaurant and the buffet breakfast as well (the fruit especially was so fresh!). Being so close to the train station, I would definitely stay here again.

A Budget 4-star hotel
Due to work reason, I stayed in this hotel a couple of times. Facility is good and room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, good location. But the rest are pretty basic, the shower room only has a poor quality shampoo, no conditioner nor body cream.No envelopes if you want to post anything. Breakfast service is the worse part of this hotel. It has limited varieties and even limited quantity, if you turned up late in a busy season, nothing would be left and staff was too busy to refill them. Boiled eggs supposed to be hot, at this place, you only get them ice-cold. When I asked if any fresh boiled eggs available, what I received was an unpleasant 'no'. English breakfast tea bags are always in a great shortage at this place, I just don't understand why can't the staff to refill them quickly.

Convenient hotel in a good location
The hotel is in Parma Centro, however is actually about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Parma with the main attractions. It is an easy walk and very safe. There was an onsite undercover carpark which was 18EUR which was also helpful. The rooms were modern and clean and staff were very helpful

A very nice hotel in center of Parma, for all the travellers with kids and/or on business i highly recommend; overall clean and family friendly, good internet and has a little play ground for the youngest
