You will find 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers air conditioning, TV, private barbecue, washing machine, cot, and high chair. Two elevators provide convenient access to the accommodation and to the parking space, which is very spacious and strategically located near the elevator and the parking exit. There is a large terrace on the same level as the apartment and another 50-square-meter terrace on the upper roof, accessible from the first terrace. From this solarium, you can enjoy spectacular views and the built-in barbecue, ideal for preparing grills. The outdoor pools offer a refreshing space to relax, while the communal garden provides a peaceful setting. An outdoor shower is available. Families will appreciate the shared playground, as well as the toys and books for children available in the apartment. You may bring one pet during your stay for an additional fee.
