"Overall this hotel was clean, modern and around the corner from the Verona Airport—all a plus! My only complaint (of which didn’t stop me from sleeping, by the way) was the bed was quite hard. But that’s a very minor complaint - I felt safe here and will return if I am ever in the area again, traveling through the Verona Airport. "

"The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available. "

The staff were all friendly, in particular the housekeeping team who did a brilliant job with a smile every day. The hotel is well located for a number of areas around Lake Garda. "We had stayed at the sister hotel Christina next door before and enjoyed that but were looking for a better room which we found at hotel Pietro in the Panorama room which had amazing views from the balcony. Complimentary Prosecco for checking in online was a nice unexpected touch. Great outdoor pools, indoor pool nearly empty so I used that every day to earn calorie points to use later. Breakfast really nice and again with those amazing lake/mountain views. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will visit again."
