Quiet with a caveat as it’s just off highway #1 and it’s a down hill run by tge hotel so very noisey when the heavy trucks are using their Engine brakes. Seemed to quiet down after 8:00 pm

Well I’ve been travelling for 60 days all across the western half of North America and this is the best,cleanest and well stocked free breakfast that I’ve had. Very large room and extremely comfortable bed and bedding also excellent nightly price that’s more practical.

The hotel is good. The staff was ok. We got in and found out our room had already been given away (lost reservation) and the staff wasn’t overly kind but we ended up getting another room. The hot tub wasn’t stellar. Pool okay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean.

Extremely loud. There was a hockey tournament going on and I was put in a room in between SEVERAL 15 year olds with screaming all night, door slamming, yelling, and kids running down the hallway nonstop. I called many times to let them know. I am here for work and have work to do and couldn’t get it done due to this screaming. I also have a noise machine on the highest setting and it still wasn’t enough. This stay was terrible and if there were another place to stay I would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel itself is wonderful and the service is exceptional. We ended up getting storm-stayed as the highway was closed. We had to stay a second night. The staff were all incredible in ensuring we had whatever we needed, keeping us up to date on the road closure, directing us to the best restaurants and shopping etc!!!! It was a great experience , despite the delay to our trip!!

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff easy to deal with. As I was travelling with my pup I was looking for a pet friendly hotel. This was a good choice although the booking process on Expedia does not give you an option to tell the hotel that you are travelling with a pet. I was informed upon check-in that I would have to book on Expedia and then call the property to confirm that they had a pet friendly room available. Luckily when I arrived they did have a room available. Why does Expedia not request this information in their booking process?

Nice basic hotel.
Nice hotel, very basic. Room was very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Fast checkin and checkout. Breakfast not good. Scrambled eggs too salty and inedible. Potatoes over fried and hard. Sausages were ok. Overall breakfast doesn’t get a pass. Probably would try a different hotel if I came back to this town.

Every thing was great the pool had way to much chlorine it was burning our eyes. There was a girls basketball tournament and hockey tournament there. So I think they put to much in. The next morning the door was propped open to air it out.

The chlorine levels are checked regularly, but the problem is the pool is over used when sports teams are in the hotel and they don't shower before going into the pool. The pool senses this and tries to add more chlorine. I hope you will return for a better quality stay.Jill Power, Manager

Very good for the price paid.
Very good hotel. We found the mattresses to be too soft and the pool could be cleaner, otherwise very good. Would stay there again for the right price.

I use this hotel while my apartment was being renovated it was only 5 minutes from the apartment very convenient I'm very safe very practical near Highway breakfast was good never the same each morning stayed for almost 8 days great place to stay great price
