It was located very near to Airport . The location was perfect facing river. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. The public transportation was just few meters away from hotel.

Really clean and spacious - I was there in March but would love to see it in the summer with the space out on the river and Danube views. Rooms were really big, staff were helpful. Great value for money

I really liked the hotel and its entire team is service, I just wish the bath towels were changed every day.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great view of the river. It is perfect to enjoy the river at night with a nice glass of wine. There is a subway station with 5 min walking distance. Something I learned about Austria is DO NOT forget to get your subway ticked stamped. Otherwise l, there will be a €120 fine waiting for you at your favorite destination, lol. Besides this minor incident , the hotel is marvelous and I would stay here again. The facility is clean, spacious, and it offers a l phenomenal breakfast.

This property is located just a short driver to the city center. The river view adds a very special touch to the place. Breakfast is excellent as expected. The hotel is a great place to relax with a glass of wine after the long walks in the city.

Although the hotel itself was lovely, the staff was great and the food as well, my 3 stars go to the fact that there wasn’t any WIFi available for almost 3 days. I was traveling internationally and was relying on the WiFI usually given to a guest, specially at a Hilton with its fantastic reputation, and it did not work for 3 whole days. Basically, my entire stay in Vienna. I went through many troubles because of this situation. Everything else was fantastic.

Good hotel
The pool is not in use during winter months, had we known we would've chosen a nearer location to the city centre. Food was good and in big portion. The room and bed is big.

The hotel seems to be located off the beaten track but honestly U2 is just round the corner. In 25 minutes you are at stephansplatz. Nearby you have a mall with all the stores you need.

Located a little out of the way, the station wasn't far, but the hotel isn't the easiest to get too with mobility issues. A nice hotel, good breakfast. Restaurant prices were a bit high and nowhere nearby to go eat elsewhere.

Very Disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff. The room was not cleaned( 3 Night Stay), No towel changed or bathroon cleaning. Even the garbage from the room was not collected. Advise others to note this points.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Convenient 24h store. We booked a room for four people. They asked us for four passports upon check-in. There were only two towels in our bath. We asked four separate times for additional towels and rhey were never delivered.

The staff here made the whole stay a pleasure, they were completely accommodating and friendly! The breakfast was amazing and the bar while small, was perfect for lounging riverside in the evening. While a little out of town, the quiet riverside location was a nice break from the crowds after a days exploring.
