This 98 m² apartment on two floors welcomes you in the quiet village of Salm in the Vulkaneifel and accommodates up to 5 guests. You will find a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC. The private, well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, self check-in, baby cot, high chair, and your own sauna for relaxing moments. A comfortable massage chair is also available.  
  
Enjoy your covered private terrace—ideal for outdoor meals with your own barbecue and views of the peaceful surroundings.  
  
A shared parking space is available at the house, and public transport is within reach. There is a lockable area for your bicycles. Events are not permitted on the property.  
  
You will appreciate the tranquil village location with nature right at your doorstep—a perfect starting point for excursions. Hiking trails begin directly from the apartment, and the area offers great routes for motorcyclists and cyclists. Please note that the apartment is accessible via stairs. #### Fantastisch!

Pros: Super fijn huis! Er ontbreekt echt niets. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. De kids vonden het fantastisch, vooral de heerlijke sauna en massagestoel. Super aardige gastvrouw. Er stond een leuke verrassing voor ons klaar bij aankomst, echt geweldig. Echt een dikke aanrader!!!

Pros: Fantastische Ferienwohnung mit super Einrichtung. Es wurde an alles gedacht, besonders die private Sauna hat den Aufenthalt zu einem Wellness Wochenende in der Eifel gemacht. Super nette Gastgeberin, größte Empfehlung!
