We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this Econo Lodge mainly because of the Very Friendly people. The room was clean. The hotel is old but they are working on it. We had our pup with us and she really liked the people! It was clean enough. The sheets smelled decent. We stayed one night, got ready for a religious meeting, and ate breakfast. It was nothing great but was very sufficient for our needs. I would definitely stay there again, especially for a beach or Chincoteague trip. It's being renovated, so some minor work may remain to be done (May 2024), but overall the room is in good condition. The motel was clean, comfortable, and warm. It's a little tired looking but everything was kept in good order. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a menu for a restaurant that would deliver, Red Roof Family Restaurant.
