This place is a total dump, ready to be abandoned when the new facility accross the steet opens. In the mean time, therre's no way the daily rate at this place should be "full fare". I'm done with IHG/Holiday express, I need to know that the place I book is not semi-abandoned.

I’ve never submitted a review before my stay has been completed but the lady that checked us in was terribly rude. I’ve never experienced someone so rude and hateful. Should definitely not be in charge of greeting customers.

Cynthia was very accommodating re: check-in. Guests and staff were frustrated that electronic keys would not unlock doors consistently. Beth was very attentive in serving continental breakfast.

My husband and I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express properties, all over, while traveling. We paid the usual premium price to do so. They have all gone straight down hill on the past few years. This location is no exception. The staff was very helpful. That’s the best I can say. The entire place is so poorly maintained that the owners should be embarrassed. The toilet was slowly leaking into the surrounding tile. It was rusted so must have been like that for a while. The door frame was covered in rust and mold. A lampshade was slashed in two places. The desk chairs cheap pleather had worn right through to the dirty fabric underneath. There is no place to charge you electrics unless you relish climbing behind the warped nightstand. The icing on the cake was the mattress. It was purchased during the 1980s. Think Ronald Reagan era. Sitting on it will leave your bum on top of the underlying slab that serves as a poor substitute for a box spring. The breakfast yielded a rock hard bagel, cold eggs and bad coffee. Since all the surrounding properties hold similar charms, for far less money, we will never be staying at Holiday Inn properties again. Since there were only three other cars, in the lot, it would appear that everyone else agrees.

The hotel is convenient to the highway, unfortunately it is in need of much updating. The carpet and furniture are worn and the door keys barely work.

Our bathroom was not very clean, the bathtub had a bunch of hair on top of the drain and there was some black mold on the ceiling and upper walls of the bathroom.

Condition of property is bad. Hole in room carpet, stain in bathroom tub, dirt or mold around tile and base of tub. Door to pool was jammed and inaccessible. They are putting up a Holida Inn Express across the road. I assume they’ll tear this one down. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Very disappointed.

Great location and fairly new property. Another hotel's restaurant is across the street (reservations required) but other eateries are a very short drive away. Free breakfast included a lot of variety and was quite good.

Everything good once inside. As we came to from door of hotel it stinks! Has the smell of cat urine around front door. Once inside all is good beds are comfortable and staff has been friendly.
