This is a good place to stay for a night if you need a place to sleep and then continue on your journey, The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. There are no amenities.

Due to renovations it was not up to the standards one would expect. The worst was the new way of registering with a machine and the person is off shore. The young lady there didn’t do anything.

Impersonal. Hate the remote login. Limited furnishings .. as if missing couch or table. Tile floors cold and uninviting. Had two nights reserved. Half of party got a room at a different hotel the first night. Construction during afternoon in the adjacent room next to headboard. Only ones in hotel. Did they have to do Room 106 while we were in Room 105 on extended stay?! We choose to drive home late on second day instead of stay a second night even though already paid and unrefundable. Not only will we never stay in this hotel again, we will never stay in a Days Inn again. Horribly disappointing in all respects. Not up to par with the competition in any way.

I was not a fan of the kiosk check-in. I like to deal with actual people and not someone on a screen. The room they gave me hadn't been cleaned even though it was close to 5:00 when I checked in. They "upgraded" my room and apologized. I'm assuming the hotel is under renovations. There were mattresses and furniture along the back of the parking lot and garbage around the dumpster. I was the only guest there that night and it was kind of erie; not to mention there seemed to be no employees on sight due to the use of a kiosk. I would not recommend this to a lone traveler.

We have actually had quite a few people at our property every night the last few weeks. I know the old furniture doesn't look very pretty, but we are waiting for all of it to be picked up.Again, I'm sorry that you didn't like the kiosk. Overall, good stay. Room and everything were great, clean and comfy. Only complaints are: I was not informed that I would be required to put down $100 deposit for my stay. I've never had to put down a deposit, and if I'd known it was a requirement, I would have stayed elsewhere. As it were, I didn't have a choice at that point. I'm just lucky I had enough to cover it. Also, the "hot" water took forever to get barely warm enough to shower.

This was a highway pit stop, motel is under construction and not in an attractive location. Booked on Expedia. I received a clean comfortable room, and the price was right. Check in by video monitor, and went fine. Cable and wi-fi worked fine.

I did not like talking to a machine to check in. Was a little hard to understand what he was saying. Then the key card did not work and had to go back to the office to get another. There were signs about improvements being made but was put off when we were put in a room with paint splatters all over the floor.

Emergency stay.
The video kiosk check in was very different I hadn't dealt with one before and didn't see any signage for it. I waited at front desk until person came out, grumbling pointed to kiosk and then stood there quietly watching check in. My reservation had to be "upgraded" from a king room to a double queen. At no additional charge. Had an issue with first room, person on video kiosk took complaint, rolled eyes at my suggestion of giving my money back and I would find other accommodations. Ended up in a second room, no sightings of what my issue was in first room. Bedding was clean.

The room was old and carpet was filthy. Bed was actually comfortable and shower worked. The video check-in was an odd experience. Definitely a "get what you paid for" room.

When you get to the property, you have to check in on a kiosk but someone came out and just watched us check in while someone on the kiosk did everything. We could hear the people above us and beside us. You could see light from beside the door from it not closing all the way. They had 3 small packaged muffins for breakfast. We would not stay here again.

There was construction going on at the next room on a Saturday night past 7pm. Key cards would not work and had to get new ones each day. Continental breakfast was a packaged muffin one day, nothing the next. There were flies in the room. Did not realize on booking it would outside room entrance instead of thru lobby. Definitely not work the price. Would not recommend or return.

Not a fan of the person talking to me on a video screen from a remote location while an employee of the motel is standing 2 feet away that could be doing the same thing. Weird. Otherwise was a good motel.

The hotel is old but it was no clean, the bathtub was disgusting. This was an emergency stop so not much time to plan ahead. I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location to highway, but a lot of traffic noise and empty buildings. Not walkable at all if that matters Office guy was great at checking, very efficient and polite. nice room, spacious and clean

Crumbs on the floor, hair in the tub, used washcloth on the shower rail, bandaid in the shower drain, and unidentified something on toilet. Nobody was at the desk when I wanted to check in, range the buzzer for fifteen minutes before a guy appeared looking like he just woke up. Did try calling but it was automated only.

Not sure where this review is coming from or what was expected to gain. That room was actually cleaned the morning you checked in by the hotel housekeeping and property manager so I know the room was clean. I am the Operations Manager and I checked you in at 5:09pm and I was working the front desk until 10pm and did not receive any calls from you nor did you come to the front desk to report ANY issues. I remember you when you checked in because you asked to make sure that your Wyndham rewards number was on your reservation and I responded that I couldn't add that because the reservation was booked through a 3rd party and it didn't qualify. When I stated that, you didn't seem too happy at the time. If the room was as bad as you stated, then I would have expected you to be right back up to the front desk shortly after you checked in.
