We hope you enjoy what our place and Salida has to offer. This stylish 2 level, end unit townhome has underwent a full remodel. It features a main level primary bedroom with en suite! Located only a short walk or bike ride from downtown Salida, the unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Open kitchen and living room compliment the 700 sq ft private back yard! The nearby Monarch Spur Trail, is your paved path to downtown Salida, featuring restaurants, shops and access to the pristine Arkansas River! This location is a 30 day minimum rental
