The advertising says air conditioning but had a swamp cooler that wasn't working. The room was 88 degrees when we arrived and no way to cool the room down. I rented a ground floor unit that was pictured and had to haul our items up the stairs, with my husband's bad knees. When I asked the on duty help to fix the issues, she told me she was sorry, but this happens all the time and there was nothing she could do. She said she would talk to the owner. NOTHING was done or fixed and not even an apology from the owner. Nobody around in the morning when we checked out, and no response from the owner. Plenty of street parking. Full size kitchen which is great for keeping your food cold in such a warm location. Only one small window so the room is very dark most of the day.
