We loved hiking around the pinyon and juniper forested trails directly next to the home and exploring the property, which abuts BLM land. The hot tub was a great experience and allowed us to really soak in the stars each evening. We also enjoyed the quiet of being up a dirt road (beware Karen’s—dirt!). The house has plenty of space in each bedroom. It didn’t feel tight for our group of 7 and a dog. The hot tub was a nice amenity. And having space to walk the dog was great. We did experience a lack of water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. ##### Jill S. Our feet were cold due to the no shoes rule. In the winter, it should recommend slippers for inside. The views are incredible and the house is super cozy and spacious. The only issue we had was with the hot tub, it was nice and hot when we arrived, but once we got in it the heater could not keep it warm for more than 45min or so and it got too cold. It was around 20 degrees outside, but still the heater should have been able to keep the water warm and the temperature from dropping so fast. Other than that we had no issues with this property. ##### Myles S.
