"Overall it's an ok place to stay. The pictures look better than reality. It's not that it's bad, it's just not great. Poor mattress and bedding, poor decoration, in what feels like a student hall of residence. However if you just need a place to stay it's perfectly fine."

"The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!"
