Located in the city center and in the heart of the famous artist lights at 100 mt. from the waterfront. Easy to reach Amalfi and Cilento Coast. It overlooks the most beautiful town square where the entrance door to the medieval city is located. Very close to the train station, bus stop. It was a perfect place to drive to Pompeii for a day and to take the ferries to Positano and Amalfi for another day. Within a very short walk we found fabulous restaurants along narrow co3bblestone streets. The city of Salerno was very alive at night. The train station is within walking distance. There is also a grocery store just minutes away from the apartment and a myriad of restaurants, bars, gelato and anything else you can think of eating. The property was smaller than we had thought, but, it served us well because the location was four star. The building is safe with a working elevator and close to the train, taxi's, buses and even water taxi's. We hope to return. ##### Vicki S. There was hair in the sink and a dirty washcloth in the shower. However the location was great. I thought we were staying in the historic section of town and it would be lo key however we were in a major high end shopping district, also close to some historic places and the water front.
