Procuran tu bienestar desde que llegas hasta que sales. La habitación tiene medio techo en vidrio y de noche se ve el cielo estrellado mientras estás acostado, eso no lo había vivido y me impactó, desayunar en la terraza con el paisaje y el sonido de la cascada es delicioso. La calidad de los alimentos y la presentación de los mismos es impecable. La carretera desde Salento hasta el hotel es un poco arriesgada, hay que manejar con mucho cuidado ya que es angosta, con muchas curvas y de doble vía. Es algo perezoso pero ajeno al hotel. El personal externo del hotel como las señoras que hacen los masajes en el spa deben recibir más asesoría en cuanto al trato a los huéspedes, incumplen la hora de la cita y no ofrecen disculpas ni se presentan y no respetaron el tiempo acordado para los masajes.
