Room was clean and nice, no issues there. We had two big issues, my daughter is a diabetic and we put her insulin in the fridge, and it ended up freezing her medication which now we cannot use and wasted hundreds on medicine we can't replace because of that. It froze all of our drinks and food as well. Our only other issue was noisy neighbors which isnt the hotels fault per se, but you could hear normal conversation through the connecting door, it felt like they were talking right in the room with us so that was a little irritating but we know communal living has it's downfalls. Staff was SUPER nice throughout our stay, though. :)

Overall the stay was pleasant, but a few wishes. Wish the showerhead was better, took awhile to rinse off. The bathroom fan also did not work. The TP was low quality, kept breaking. Also, wish there was a microwave, we had cold leftovers. You asked :)

Newly renovated rooms and hallways are modern and well-appointed. Bed a little soft for my liking but high quality nonetheless. Shower stall is so nice. The hotel is very clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and attentive. My favorite hotel in Lake Oswego.

I’ll stay here again!!!
Our 1st time at this location…it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, a nice desk and TV. We thought the hotel was new, but later found out it had just been extensively remodeled. The breakfast was great! My husband had the cheese omelette with the sausage, and I had the frittata. The entire area was very clean. Staff was very friendly, and greeted us every time we walked by. I highly recommend!

My 15 year old son and I traveled to Lake Oswego for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel had great amenities including a healthy frittata at the complimentary breakfast, a microwave, plates, plasticware in the little mart. Our room was nice, clean, and huge. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good. There was also a variety of snacks available for purchase and a microwave to use in the lobby area.

Perfect location for Portland Marathon. Easy access to freeway and away from downtown. The hotel offered late check out, which we appreciated.

We were on town for soccer games, and couldnt be happier with oir stay. Very clean, the areas felt safe, with many dining options close by. The room was great, as was the breakfast.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient and the staff was very friendly. The only disconcerting thing was the noise that was above us while the staff prepped breakfast early, early in the morning. As long as you don’t get that room on the bottom floor, you should be good. There was also a domestic dispute that got pretty loud next door to our room one morning, but it was later in the morning just before we left for the day. All-in-all I would definitely go back.

Checkin is supposed to be 3pm. We tried to checkin at 3:50. We were told they were fully booked the night before and had several late checkouts so we (and others) had to wait. We got our room at 4:15. Definitely a 1st world problem but we’re paying 1st world prices.

The room was basic but very comfortable and clean. Every staff person I interacted with--front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room--was very courteous and friendly. Good value in the included breakfast. Property is in a lovely forested area, with a few chain restaurants in walking distance.

Liked that it was close to the Portland Temple. The neighborhood was beautiful. Great breakfast. Suggestion: serve bacon. Vacuum room more often.
