Cabin is located in a trashy RV park next to RVs on blocks covered in tarps. When I arrived, I reached out to the host immediately who insisted this was indicated in the description and refused my refund as I wanted to find different accommodations. There were stains on the futon and it was very uncomfortable. There is no waterfall on site as indicated in the listing photos, and the “private fishing pond” was a joke. It was completely overgrown with trash strewn through the woods. There was also a torn up bag of garbage directly in the middle of where the path would be down to the pond behind our cabin. Parking was quite difficult as space is very limited, and our truck was a little difficult to manage, turning around when the neighbors were parked there as well. The location is interesting...seems to be nestled in with about five other campsites, some of which could be permanent residences? Saw proof that at least two of the properties were lived in (lights on, could hear TV, cars moving) but did not see anyone our entire stay. The listing did mention a little pond near by but could not see if from the actual cabin. It's nothing fancy, but it did the trick for the two nights we were there.
