Seems like a one person job. He could’ve addressed us. It wasn’t too long of a wait, 5 or so minutes, but thats bad customer service in my opinion. If he was helping the other staff, I would understand, but it was just a general conversation about things in Boston to see or how to get there. Check us in first then continue your conversation. "
