Located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, and just minutes away from stores, restaurants, and the i5 freeway. This home is a perfect short or extended stay for families and groups of 6 comfortably and an extra 7 person by request. (The 7th Guest would get a memory foam roll away bed in the living room) You are only: 10 min to the Oregon State Fairgrounds 10 min to State Capitol Building 25 min to Silver Falls State Park THE SPACE: Enjoy a completely updated house with all the essential amenities a family or group of 7 could need! Is that a cloud you are sleeping on? Nope, that's just a premium memory foam mattress we stock in every Bedroom! Enjoy a movie on the 4K tv with 5.1 Surround sound. Or why not a board game to take our eyes off our phones for a little while. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your group a nice dinner. Parking is ample with two spots on the driveway and free street parking. Please note, the garage is used for host supplies and storage and will not be available for use by guests.
