Our apartment is located in a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace. The garden can be gladly used. You are welcome to linger in the garden and relax on the sun loungers with parasol and unwind. The Swiss mountains can be seen from the garden. It is a non-smoking and pet-free household. City / Area: The quiet outskirts in Salem-Beuren is an ideal condition for relaxing Lake Constance holidays. The immediate proximity to idyllic forests invites you to extensive hikes and bike rides on marked trails directly from the breakfast table. A bakery is located in the village and other shops for daily needs (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, butchers, post office) are only 7-10 minutes away by car. The restaurant "Adler" in the center of the village provide for your physical well-being, if you do not want to cook yourself. After Überlingen Lake Constance is only about 15 minutes by car., to Markdorf are also only about 15 minutes and to Pfullendorf is just about 20 minutes. The Heiligenberg Castle and the outdoor pool are only 2 km away. The natural bath in Leutstetten is only 5 minutes away. It is only 20 minutes to Affenberg and only 8-10 minutes to the Pethof Reuthemühle. The castle Salem is only 7-10 minutes and the castle lake is only 10 minutes by car. Skiing, snowboarding or sledging can also be done at Haldenlift in Heiligenberg, about 10 minutes by car. On foot you can reach in five minutes to a great playground. Description of the apartment: If you like to cook: The modern kitchen is very lovingly furnished and fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. So are coffee maker, toaster, mixer, egg cooker, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as cooking and baking utensils. Our dining table has space for 4 people. By prior arrangement, we will provide you with a travel cot for your children or Baby cribs and a highchair are available. For our little guests there are also on request children's cutlery, crockery, painting table, Kinderbällebad. The separate bedroom is separated from the kitchen and the living and dining area, so a quiet sleep is guaranteed. The closets provide ample storage space for your wardrobe, so you do not have to live "out of the suitcase" during your stay with us. The modern bathroom with hair dryer and a great rain shower in an elegant and modern style, you can start fresh into the day. A drying rack, ironing board and iron is available in the apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und hat auf kleinem Platz alles was man braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Spiele und Bücher für Kinder und Erwachsene, gute Betten. Besonders schön ist der Garten mit der überdachten Terrasse und der kleinen Anlage, die für unsere Kinder, 2 und 5 Jahre, alle Möglichkeiten des Spielens bot. Besonders beliebt war der Sandkasten (kleines Schiff) und das Trampolin . Wir möchten uns bei den Gastgebern nochmals ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken und Ihnen weiterhin nette Gäste wünschen. ##### Josefine B. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Von der freundlichen Begrüßung der Vermieterin zur FeWo an sich mit dem wunderschönen Garten bis hin zur Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und bestens umsorgt gefühlt und konnten uns auch jederzeit an unsere Vermieter wenden, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die FeWo war gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sofort eingelebt und vor allem die Zeit im Garten beim Spielen genossen. Und wir haben uns hier auch viele entspannte Päuschen gegönnt. Frühstück und Abendbrot im Freien? Hier kein Problem und bei dem schönen Anblick ein absolutes Muss! Und drumherum ist alles perfekt zu erreichen, wobei für uns der Schloßsee in Salem hier der absolute Geheimtipp ist! Bleibt nur zu sagen: Wir können nur jedem empfehlen hier auch einmal Halt zu machen und es sich gut gehen zu lassen! ☺️ ##### Vanessa W. Séjour de 14 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Thomas M. 18 juin 2023 #### Bewertung Die Ferienwohnung entsprach überhaupt nicht den Angaben des Vermieters. Die Wohnung wurde als barrierefrei vermietet, was aber nicht benannt wurde, war das diese Wohnung acht Stufen bis zum Souterrain hatte. Die Vermieterin war stets und ständig im Garten unterwegs und beobachtete ein auf Schritt und Tritt. Des Weiteren gab es massive Probleme mit dem Elektrorollstuhl, dass man mehrfach fragen musste, ob man überhaupt das Gefährt laden darf beziehungsweise kann. Die Parkplatzsituation war auch sehr angespannt, da Vorrang für den Parkplatz immer die Vermieterin hatte. Es war für unsere Familie der schlimmste Urlaub, den wir hier erlebt haben und wir können jede nur davon abraten, diese Ferienwohnung zu mieten. Wir haben aus diesen oben genannten Gründen den Familien Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen, weil es einfach nicht mehr erträglich war. Zum Abschluss möchten wir noch sagen, dass man sich Urlaub anders vorstellt und wir werden nie wieder in diese Region verreisen. ##### Thomas M. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Garten ein Traum , vor allem für Kinder. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und in ausreichender Menge (Tabs, Kaffeepads, Gewürze, etc. ).
