A high quality modern barn conversion in an excellent unspoiled coastal position within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Apple Barn is situated at the head of a valley leading down to the estuary, with beautiful views to Salcombe and sunsets. Several sandy beaches are within a 15-minute walk and nearby car parks include the National Trust car park at Mill Bay. There are scenic walks in all directions from the property including spectacular sections of the South West Coast Path and a track leading down to Mill Bay and the Salcombe estuary. It is a fantastic location for those who love coastal walks, sailing and peace. This holiday cottage at a glance Sleeps four + two guests. Feb 18, 2020 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Needs some TLC Looked lovely in the photos but the bathroom tiles were mould stained and the kitchen is a little tired, It could do with some TLC, new shower head Etc. However the property was clean and the bedrooms/bedding were fine, it was a bit chilly as we unfortunately had appealing weather so we had the plug in radiator on and the fire was constantly lit which gave a nicer atmosphere but we decided to leave early as it wasn’t really up to expectations. ##### Francine H.
