At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that. Breakfast options were appealing, though not included. However, the stay was disrupted by loud church bells chiming every hour and half hour starting at 6 a.m. The bathroom lacked privacy, with glass walls letting in light at night, and housekeeping was only included once per stay unless you paid extra. While support was responsive and upgraded us to a larger room, noise issues remained.
